The Stone Council was the ruling body of Storgard, in onset of the Ice Age of Dominaria. It consisted of the five clans, representing the five colors of Magic and was presided over by King Miko.

- Clan Pearl, led by Hurn. This clan left Storgard after Jason Carthalion dueled Freyalise, thus surviving the fall of the kingdom.
- Clan Sapphire, led by Lorthun. They opposed leaving Storgard.
- Clan Onyx, led by Arimaya. They also opposed leaving Storgard.
- Clan Ruby, led by Zilgeth and later by Freyalise.
- Clan Emerald, led by Oriel Kjeldos and championed by Jason Carthalion. This clan also survived the fall of Storgard.
