History
A servant of Melko called Fankil turned most Men against the Elves, making them bow to Melko in the House of the Lord. Fankil led these Men along with Orcs and jealous Dwarves in a war against rebellious Men who had sided with the Dark Elves. Following the war, Men were scattered in all directions. One large host of repenting Men, the Edain, fled to the Westlands. Other Men fled for "southern forests" or crossed the Orocarni heading for "eastern deserts" while the surviving Dark Elves fled to the Wild Wood and mountains.
