The composition of the city guard as of 1367 DR was 2,000 soldiers and 1,000 cavalry from the Sword of the True Gods. Other forces included 2,000 regular soldiers, 150 clerics, and three 300-man units of mamluks from the Devoted Mamluk Society. Fahhas' navy consisted of 5 large ships and 10 smaller vessels.
