Buried City

The Buried City is a collection of ruins tucked into the dunes of the sandy wastes north of the White Mountains. Little is known about the origins of the ruins, but it is believed to be haunted by terrible sprits and undead creatures. A dark intelligence pervades this place, and sometimes attracts those looking for forbidden power, especially related to the mystical arts. Small raiding parties from the bandit state of Spoil are often found near the Buried City, as their leader Densis seeks to discover the secrets of the ruins and add to his ever growing defiling power.
