Fort Holz

Fort Holz lies to the east of Kurn, protecting Silt Side from incursions originating in the Sea of Silt. It's primary function is to keep a trade route open between the merchants of House Azeth and Eldaarich, so visitors will find sparse comforts and little hospitality. The forces here are particularly adept at dealing with giants, and have special gear designed for combat and mobility across the silt. Fort Holz is routinely supported by large patrols coming from Fort Protector to the north.
