This scenario originally appeared in the Cthulhu Conglomerate Publication, 'The Exquisite Cadaver', and was presented at Arcanacon IX, 1991 in Melbourne, Australia. It has been revised and updated here to incorporate later developments in the lore of the Cthulhu Mythos, particularly in reference to the Karatechia from Pagan Publishing's Delta Green supplements.
