Aphetto was the second largest city on the Dominarian continent of Otaria.
Description
Aphetto and its nearby swamps were home to the "Raven Guild", the Cabal, wizards, and zombies.
History
A group of ambitious mages began coordinating their efforts to steal illicit business within the city from the Cabal. Known as the Raven Guild, this group of wizard grifters, merchants, pickpockets, and spies were a significant force in Aphetto's organized crime.
Aphetto became the seat of power for the Cabal Patriarch, shortly before it was destroyed by Karona.
