In ancient times, Heth served as a military outpost in the northeastern reaches of the Ergothian Empire. The fortified outpost contained barracks and temples for the soldiers stationed there along with a fresh water well situated near the center of the outpost.
In current times, Heth is an abandoned ruin that traveler occasionally use as shelter located in Hinterlund of Solamnia. The central well serves as a good resting spot for travelers seeking to replenish themselves before continuing their journeys.
