Mu was an island continent mentioned in the Kull story " The Shadow Kingdom ", but its location is not revealed. Mercenaries from Mu served in the Valusian army during the reign of Kull.
Lin Carter, author of the Xothic Legend Cycle and Thongor and editor of Conan (Lancer), has stated on multiple occasions that Mu and Lemuria are the same continent.
