The city of Zegon was a city of the Fallaji Empire, situated on the edge of the Great Desert on Terisiare during the Time of Legends and the Brothers' War. Zegon was populated by people of Fallaji descent but did not belong to any specific Fallaji tribe.
History
Around 26 AR, the new Qadir of the Fallaji brought Mishra and his mak fawa to the walls of Zegon to force them to submit to him. However, Ashnod, the city's functional chief artificer, had equipped the guards with staves that enabled them to keep the dragon engine at bay. The Qadir was enraged by the city's defiance, but Ashnod secretly snuck into Mishra's camp at night and demonstrated the use of the staff on his bodyguard, Hajar. Impressed, Mishra agreed to take Ashnod as his apprentice, if Zegon would cease its resistance toward the Qadir and remove their barred city gates. Thus, Zegon submitted to the Qadir's rule, becoming part of the Fallaji Empire.
