Battle at Argoth
The Battle at Argoth was open warfare using the most advanced artifact creatures on both sides.
Description
With Phyrexian corruption of metal, Gix drove all of the artifact creatures in both armies mad, creating absolute havoc. Titania had become Gaea's champion, and had a titanic battle with the Colossus of Sardia, resulting in the death of both. During the battle, Ashnod found Tawnos, and handed him the Golgothian Sylex. Gix wounded her afterward, but she evaded death. Tawnos then raced to Urza and gave it to him, passing along the message that he should fill it with his memories of the land. In a final confrontation, Mishra taunted Urza's aging, which made Urza realize his brother had not aged in years. They battled, and Mishra was wounded, showing his machine parts beneath his flesh. Urza finally understood that his brother had been altered by Phyrexian constructs. As Mishra fused his body with a dragon engine, Urza picked up the Sylex and poured his memories of the land into it.
