Taercenn is the highest hunter rank among elves in Lorwyn.
Description
Reserved strictly for elves of the "Exquisite" caste, they are active battlefield general, supreme commander and authority over multiple individual packs. The Taercenn usually has some political influence with the High Perfects as well.
