Odacera was a crowded city located southwest of Istar on the coastline of Lake Istar in the Istar Province of the Holy Empire of Istar. The city was destroyed when the Fiery Mountain was thrown upon Istar, and Lake Istar was instantly turned into steam. The steam came into Odacera, and cooked everyone to death.
