The Shop of Faded Carpets was a front for a massive spy network carefully orchestrated by Cholk. His contacts with over 200 local beggars were able to reach anyone in practically any location within the city.
The shop was also used to sell magic items looted from nearby ruins and to smuggle illegal goods out of Kadarasto.
