Thay

The Thaymount was a hundred-mile long chain of volcanic mountains at the heart of Thay , located within the tharch of the same name that encompassed the entire plateau of High Thay atop the Second Escarpment . Access to Thaymount, along with the corresponding tharch, was restricted to the Red Wizards who regularly traveled to and from the tharch, building new fortifications and attending clandestine meetings.

Thazalhar was a region of Thay , ruled by tharchion Milsantos Daramos until his death in 1382 DR . It was small and sparsely populated compared to other tharchs in Thay.

The river originated in the Thaymount mountain range. Amruthar lay on the path of the river, and the city of Escalant was at the mouth of the river, where it flowed into the Sea of Fallen Stars.

Priador was the coastal tharch of Thay , along the coast of the Alamber Sea , lying east of the city of Escalant . It was one of the most prosperous regions of Thay during the 14 th century DR , despite its wild and untamed landscape.
