The Cave of Light was a structure built around the White Lacuna, one of a series of tunnels that led to Mirrodin's Core. It was located at the base of Taj-Nar, and legend tells that the leonin clerics, called abunas, focus their faith and cause the white sun to rise every day. The lacunae were created by the rising of the five suns from the Mana Core, a large ball of mana in the very center of the plane. Both the leonin and the Auriok held it as a holy place of divine revelation. It delivered powerful visions said to come from the white sun.
