Overview
Zebart had been the helmsman onboard a hammership sailing through the Grinder in Greyspace. Unfortunately, the vessel was overrun by Horg and the entire crew killed during the battle, except for him. The horg forced the human spellcaster to pilot the vessel, and using simple hand gestures, directed him towards a small elven outpost located in the Grinder, where they used the ship's heavy weapons to bombard the asteroid base in preparation for a direct assault.
The outpost responded with its own defensive siege weapons, while an elven man-o-war named the Penultimate tried to drive off the attacking ship. Unfortunately, the elven vessel was outclassed and was severely damaged in the battle: most of the elves were killed and the ship itself was incapacitated. This allowed the horg to resume their attack on the outpost, even mounting a direct assault before being interrupted by a passing ship.
Possessions
Zebart was a captive and had no access to his belongings, nor could he use his spells.
