A nest of invulnerability must be fixed to the mast of a spelljamming ship to function. The nest protects its occupants as if a globe of invulnerability were cast upon them. A nest of invulnerability typically has 4-40 charges and each charge protects the nest's occupants for 12 rounds.
History
The nests of invulnerability were originally created by the gnomish spellcasters of the Stellar Islands in the crystal sphere known as Krynnspace.
