Cormanthyr

In the Year of the Ringed Moon, −231 DR , fifty sea elves migrated to Lake Sember and established a community. This first and largest group of sea elves was known as the Kelpor'ral clan and once they discovered the safety of the lake more clans followed.

The Tangled Trees was one of the four old elven communities of Cormanthyr (the others were the Elven Court , Myth Drannor , and Semberholme ) in the great forest of Cormanthor . The village was once called Faelorin , though it was destroyed by the dragon Venom after its mate was slain. The rebuilt village became known as Tangled Trees.
