City Appearance

As of 843 PD, the city was a ruin. At one location in the ruins was a rotating cube, floating above a stone plinth and generating its own perceptible gravity. There were neutral-seeming representations of Prime Deities and Betrayer Gods alike, including Lolth.

Society

Niirdal-Sarqet was the religious center of the Tetrarchy.

Government

As one of the peripheral cities of the Tetrarchy, the city once elected one of the tetrarchs who met in Niirdal-Poc.

History

The city was founded long before the Calamity and was part of the Qoniira Tetrarchy, which originally comprised five cities; each of the four peripheral cities was ruled by a tetrarch, who would meet together in the capital to make group decisions. With the passage of time the other four cities have disappeared, and all four tetrarchs now reside in Niirdal-Poc.

The Crown Keepers visited the ruins on their way south from Niirdal-Poc to find Tetrarch Umejii, who was traveling south to Tz'Arrm to investigate the intuited danger to Qoniira.
