Description
Uthodurn attempted to found Uraliss as a nearby farming village to supplement their food supply, building it at the base of the mountain range. The mages of Uthodurn placed arcane wards to thaw the snow and make the fields of the Rime Plains farmable, as the town was being constructed. However, the orc clans and the various wild creatures of the harsh region attacked the nascent settlement, and the land proved to be too rocky to grow crops, so Uraliss was abandoned. The orcs of Boroftkrah sometimes use - or vandalize - the structures that were left behind.
