Description
The Saltwallow Bog's waters are toxic and corrosive. According to legend, one of Torog's servants was killed in battle in this location, and the corpse corrupted the surrounding forest, creating what is now the Saltwallow. Creatures who live here are strange and dangerous, having adapted to live in the inhospitable environment of the bog. They often hunt within the Velvin Thicket, and while they are fearsome, tanners and alchemists pay well for their hides and other parts. As a result, hunters are a common sight at the Saltwallow Bog, despite the risk these creatures pose.
