The Stratos Throne and the Court of the Lambent Path of Aeshanadoor were engaged in a military conflict known as the Apex War which culminated around 823 PD. The home of the Stratos Throne is Sruwargas.
The village of Gelvaan, from which Imogen Temult hails, is in a grassy plateau valley alongside the Taloned Highlands; people often pass through it on the way to the rest of Marquet.
After the conclusion of the events of Campaign Three, Imogen and Laudna found a beautiful clearing in the woods of the Highlands. With the help of Chetney Pock O'Pea, they built a beautiful storybook cottage with a large kitchen, hand-sewn curtains, small Laudna-crafted dolls, and a stable.
The Highland Bluffs
Located in the north-northeastern region of the Taloned Highlands, the Bluffs are rolling hills carpeted in jungle-like forests of bluff oaks, dotted with rivers and waterfalls. There are views of terraced farmlands and fields to the west and the majestic Coven Peaks rising to the south. The village of Gelvaan lies about 35-40 miles to the west. The main road to the rest of the continent passes through this region.
