The Turtle King, Part Two

Synopsis

The Rat King has gained the ability to control the Ninja Turtles! He's ordered Leonardo, Raphael, and Michelangelo to go on a crime spree to benefit the rodents of the city while forcing Donatello to search for a way to return the Rat King's original powers. Things look grim for our heroes, but this is the second part of a two-part story so you know they're going to reverse the Rat King's control and put things right! The nostalgia-fueled Saturday morning-inspired adventures of the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles continue in "The Turtle King, Part Two"!

Plot

After the events of the last issue, the Teenage Ninja Turtles are under the mind control of the Rat King. Donatello has managed to shake the mind control with the help of Splinter, April O'Neil and a large electrical shock. Shedder was able to steal a meteor from TRCL labs which is revealed to be a piece of the same meteor the at crashed in Japan centuries ago, was melted down and made a sword at could cut through dimension, time and space.

Meanwhile back in New York City, Rat King forces Leo, Ralph, and Mike to rob cheese stores and give the cheese to the rats, and then he leads them to a tunnel. There he reveals his plan to flood the city forcing the citizens to leave the city back to the rats.

This plan is interrupted by Splinter and Don who have come to save their brothers and students. A fight ensues between Splinter and the mind controlled turtles. The fight ends when Splinter shocks Rat King breaking his control over the turtles.

5 minutes later... The turtles have Rat King tied up and he lost his powers to control turtles. Then later, Rat King is back in jail and soon learns he has the power to control rats once again.
