The Expanse

The Expanse is set in the 24th century (around 2350), hundreds of years in the future, where humanity has colonized the Solar System, but interstellar travel remains impossible, creating tension between Earth (UN), Mars (MCR), and the exploited inhabitants of the Asteroid Belt (Belters) over resources, leading to a fragile cold war and complex political intrigue. The discovery of alien protomolecule technology further complicates the struggle for power and humanity's future.
