Akein is an extremely well shaped horse that even Mat counted his luck on finding.

History

Akein is a razor, a type of horse owned by Domani bloodborn, which gets its name from the way that the colors of its fur meet each other in neat, straight lines.

Activities

Mat bought Akein from a town while on the road to escape Altara and gave it to Tuon a few days later, who rode it like the wind before naming it in the Old Tongue for "swallow."

Tuon took Akein back to Ebou Dar with Karede and Selucia, who rode Rosebud.
