History
Moiraine purchased Arrow when she made it to Accepted status in the White Tower. Moiraine always rides a small horse as tall horses make her look like a child. Arrow was fast and has great endurance. The mare was even able to jump fences.
Arrow was ridden by Moiraine while she travels to Chachin. A woman attempted to steal Arrow while it was stationed outside of The Ruffled Goose.
