History
According to urban legend, the pair came to Novigrad with Yazon having only a single crown. They managed to build a financial empire in the city, with their bank being situated in the Western Bazaar. The bank's employees are dwarves. Father and son are ruthless in their dealings, exploiting the smallest loopholes in contracts as well as mercilessly enforcing debt. While it has not been proven, there is a lot of talk of the bank having connections to the city's criminal underworld, linking it to extortion, arson, and even murder.
