Ticket of Leave #3 provides details about criminal gangs in the settlements of early Australia. It includes background and statistics for a complete ready-to-use criminal organisation, whose membership transcends all the social strata of the colony. Also incldued is a detailed scenario sketch which allows players to take on the role of criminals engaged in a smuggling plot which brings them into contact with some very unusual and sinister forces.
