A Goblin More or Less

Festum, capital of Bornland, is known for its wealthy merchants and home to over thirty thousand people. But not only people live in Festum. For many years the city has also been home to the goblins, who live in their own quarter and who are considered citizens after fighting a serious plague of rats. The Redfurs work as day labourers, dock workers and rat catchers and proudly carry out their duties, although Festum's human inhabitants are disgusted by these activities. When one of the goblins is murdered and the city guard is unable to take care of Festum's many other crimes, the heroes come into play. For the citizens, it may not matter whether there is a goblin more or less, but even a Redfur has a family that cares about him. On behalf of a righteous but overstrained woman, the adventurers take up the investigation of the goblin case and come across a serial killer who keeps the Festumer Ghetto in suspense.
