Introducing a (mostly...) complete Monster Manual for our homebrew fallout system! This is v1 so there may be some inconsistencies and typos, it's be great if you could note any you find in the comments below. I didn't write up descriptions and what-not as this PDF functions as simply "stat blocks". I'll be adding more along the way but hope ya'll enjoy.
