April Fool & the Fooligans

April Frule was born lucky. (Except maybe in the name department.) Her luck also didn't extend to her family, who were down on theirs, so as soon as she could she struck out on her own. Easily surviving a tough life on the streets, April realized she was super lucky, and that she could use her luck to make her fortune! Thus emerged the costumed villain, April Fool, and her gang, the Fooligans.
