The Whispering Vault

Whispering Vault is a transcendental horror-themed role-playing game originally published by Pariah Press and later by Ronin Publishing. In this game the players explore a nightmare world as supernatural beings with strange powers to pursue their objectives through time and space. Their enemies include rebellious gods, shadow creatures, and mortals.

One interesting game mechanic is the die cap which can remove certain top dice numbers from consideration.
