Background
The character of Ersta was created by Wizards of the Coast for a celebration card as part of the 2022 Heroes of the Realm program. The Ersta, Friend to All card was handed out to the Human Resources team of Wizards of the Coast, as a token of appreciation. The name is probably an abbreviation of "Employee Recruitment, Staffing, and Talent Acquisition".
