Tor Wauki "the Younger" was Tetsuo Umezawa 's second in the Empire of Madara on Dominaria. Having lived in Umezawa Manor since he was a child, he followed his master to Kusho to seek help for Kei Takahashi.

Having lived in Umezawa Manor since he was a child, he followed his master to Kusho to seek help for Kei Takahashi. Later he was drafted into the kentsu, where he was taught red magic by Kolo Meha and helped kill Halfdane.
Trivia
- For many years, it was considered unclear whether the Tor Wauki from Legends Cycle I and the Tor Wauki from Legends Cycle II were the same character or simply shared a name. It wasn't until 2020, nearly two decades after the characters first appeared, that Magic's Creative referred to Tor Wauki "the Elder" in the backstory of Ramirez DePietro for Commander Legends, and two years later that Tor Wauki "the Younger" was featured in Legends Retold for Dominaria United.
