Old Flitterfang appears as a rat with grey-whitish fur and skeletal bat-like wings. The wings appear to represent his faerie heritage while the rest of his appearance is mostly rat-like. He appears to enjoy pies created by Sweettooth Witch which are implied to be made of human hearts.
