She is fiercely independent, only tolerating others when it serves her interests. Despite her ruthless exterior, she is strategic and calculating, understanding the dynamics of power within her group of misfit companions.
History
Mags and Rankle once made the Questing Beast cry. During New Phyrexia's Invasion of Eldraine, Mags reluctantly participated in Rankle's self-proclaimed coronation, crafting a crown from acorns and glass shards. However, her true intentions are revealed when she cunningly traps Rankle in a net, humiliating him in front of the others. She made it clear that Rankle's cruel antics were unwelcome, asserting her dominance by injuring him when he tried to fight back. Despite Rankle's attempts to remain in the group, Mags led the charge in rejecting him, emphasizing that no one wanted him around. Ultimately, Mags' actions showcased her ability to outmaneuver Rankle and protect her territory from his unwelcome influence.
Though she was affected by Rankle's love potion during New Phyrexia's Invasion of Eldraine, he later gave her an anti-love potion after he caught her watching him sleep.
