History
Rutstein is a purveyor of the finest goods and contraband, like human blood and body parts. He is well-protected by many holy symbols and charms. He sells a range of items from stakes to holy water, at a price he claims can't be beat. While he comes off as a conman, his wares are successful most of the time.
Thunder Junction
Rutstein entered Thunder Junction through an Omenpath between 4562 and c. 4563 AR. There, he became known as Honest Rutstein.
