History
Both of Eiko's and Kaito's parents died due to radiation poisoning under poor work conditions. Thus, they were both adopted by the Imperials. While her brother was ill-suited to the Imperial lifestyle, she picked a role as a kami diplomat early on.

- While not yet physically appearing on a card, Eiko did make an appearance in the manga chapter published alongside Kamigawa: Neon Dynasty marketing. She also appears in the animated trailer
