Keimi was the Mukotai Reckoner Tatsunari's giant toad from Kamigawa.

Description

Keimi was a giant toad of immense girth, its dark, mottled skin almost a mirror to the swampy canals it hailed from. Its eyes, a deep, unsettling yellow, glistened with an unnerving, predatory intelligence. Despite its bulk and slow, deliberate movements, there was a latent agility within it, revealing a creature capable of sudden, devastating impact. The toad's throat pulsated with an unsettling rhythm, a grotesque reminder of its voracious appetite and formidable strength. As Tatsunari's mount, Keimi was both a symbol of his dominance and a beast of considerable terror, embodying the raw, primal power that made Tatsunari a fearsome adversary.

History

Keimi met a brutal end during a chaotic confrontation in Far Corner. As Tatsunari, the toad's rider, advanced through the town with Keimi, the toad proved crucial in intimidating the defenders and attacking the local kami. However, the battle took a turning point when Chishiro, determined to exact vengeance on Tatsunari, intervened. In a fierce clash, Chishiro managed to strike down the toad with his silver blade. The toad's massive body was cut apart, and its remains were swiftly consumed by the roots of Go-Shintai of Boundless Vigor, the kami of Far Corner, which had been awakened and enraged by the ongoing conflict.
