Dwelling among the scattered hedrons of Ugin's former crucible, Omarthis has absorbed enough of the essence of the Spirit Dragon to wield his ghostly magic, even as a glowing replica of Ugin's horns shimmer atop Omarthis's head. As a consequence, Omarthis has partly turned into a spirit.
