The character of Arteeoh was created by Wizards of the Coast for a celebration card as part of the 2021 Heroes of the Realm program. It appears to be a flying robot with rocket boosters on each side and retractable arms that come out of its front and underside. Due to its appearance it is presumed to be from Myra the Magnificent's Intergalactic Astrotorium of Fun.
