He is a short scrawny individual who usually displays a sour expression to those with whom he interacts. His wife is twice as wide as him and generally overshadows him, both physically and otherwise.
Like most of his Congar kin he is regarded as a whiner and a complainer. He is generally lazy and rarely finishes the projects that he starts. He also has a tendency to be a busybody; always more concerned about what other people are doing and less focused on his own business. He is distrustful of the Women's Circle and frequently complains about its membership.
History
He was born in Emond's Field and has been a farmer in the Two Rivers for his entire life. At some point in his youth he married Daise Congar who eventually became the village Wisdom in 999NE.
Activities
He catches up with Tam al'Thor as he is heading into town, to complain about Nynaeve al'Meara.
He was part of the group that tried to fight off a band of Trollocs that turned out to be Tinkers seeking shelter. He participated in the defense of Emond's Field against the invading Trolloc army.
