Making the Eye of the World
Kodam and his fellows most probably died at the Eye of the World. His death particularly is not known, only that those who made the Eye died during the process. Jonai's memories indicate that Callandor was taken care of later, after the Dragon Banner. "The sword must wait." as it is said, and Callandor was set in the Stone of Tear also with the use of both saidin and saidar. The order of the events are not known, neither of which male Aes Sedai helped at what location.
