Masic

History

Elayne and Birgitte see Masic and Baris fighting in duel; the first is taller and heavier than Baris. Masic is bleeding down the side of his face. The fight ends with Masic lying face down in the street.

Asra, a Kinswoman and Wise Woman, appears, stuffs some herbs into Masic's mouth and then tries to Heal him; Masic gasps, shudders, and then lies still; the force of the Healing was too much and ended up killing him. Asra tells Baris that he will have to tell Masic's wife that he has killed her husband.
