Floran Gelb mistook her for a sul'dam and kidnapped her for Egeanin Tamarath. After discovering the mistake, Egeanin had her sent off in a courier boat to become da'covale.
Trivia
While traveling with Mat Cauthon in Valan Luca's Traveling Show, Egeanin uses the alias Leilwin, most likely because it is a Taraboner (or, more relevantly, non-Seanchan) name, which likely came to mind because of the events surrounding Lady Leilwin. Tuon renames Egeanin "Leilwin Shipless" as punishment for her treason. The name Leilwin Shipless was suggested by Selucia after Tuon asked what name Egeanin was using.
