Men make Pedra nervous.
Strength
Nowhere it is stated the potential strength of Pedra. But because of her age and the fact that she will be tested for the shawl very shortly, it can be calculated that her years in training have been in total around 12-13 (or even less), around the same training time of Aes Sedai at level 17(5).
History
Pevara and Tarna commented that when Pedra came to the White Tower it seemed like she would not make it very far, but has since proven herself capable.
Activities
She escorts Egwene al'Vere to her room, when Egwene first arrives to the White Tower.
After the Tower split Pedra remains in the Tower and is seen serving on Pevara Tazanovni when Tarna Feir arrives. She serves them wine and cakes. The two Aes Sedai comment that Pedra is almost ready to be tested for the shawl, but she will not chose the Red Ajah, due her attitude to the men.
Later she is leading the Novices to class, when their classroom vanished and they get lost in the White Tower, due to the shifting walls. Pedra is so frightened by it that showed it by being cross with the novices, which is very unusual for her.
Speculation
It can be guessed that after reunification Pedra was tested for the shawl and maybe now is a full Aes Sedai.
