Rand meets her selling fruit on the streets of Caemlyn in one of the Dark One's visions for a potential future. She offers him a peach, which shocks Rand as they are poisonous. She laughs and tells him all the poisons have been removed, and takes a bite of one to prove it. A small urchin boy steals one of her fruit, and she casually shoots him to death, all while maintaining a smile for Rand. After Rand expresses horror at the murder she just committed, she becomes suspicious that though he appears rich, he has no body guards, and moves to shoot him and presumably rob him. Rand runs away from her.
