Strength in the One Power among the Kin

List of Strengths

The following table gives a full list of strengths of Kinswomen according to their entries in The Wheel of Time Companion. If there are no women at a given level, it is not included below.

Notes

• Caiden, Kumiko: "Not one would have been allowed to test for Accepted" There were four Kinsmen present. One was Alise 46(34) and the remaining is unknown.
• Callie: We know she was put out of the Tower in 995 NE, but not why, so she might not have been extremely weak like those that could not become Accepted.
• Janira and Melore: "she would not have been allowed to test for Aes Sedai"
• Jesamyn: "Jesamyn and three other Kinswomen were left in Caemlyn... none could make a gateway on her own, but they could when linked. Darkfriends killed two of the other Kinswomen, leaving her unable to get a message to Elayne". This implies that she was too weak for her to even create a Gateway linked with one other woman.
• Kema, Nashia, Sarasia: "The four took up positions beside Elayne. Only two of them were strong enough for a gateway—many of the Kin were weaker than most Aes Sedai." The fourth is Alise, who we know is too weak to Travel, so at least two of the three have a strength of above 22(10).
• Mirane Larinen: We don't know why she was put out, so her strength is unknown.

Analysis

There are 1,783 registered as members of the Kin. Since we only know the strength of only 22, we are limited in what inferences we can make about the overall distribution of strength.
