In order to seal the borders to his domain, all Soth needed to do was sing the same dirge that banshees had tormented him with back on Krynn, recounting his various sins and acts of cowardice. As he did so, the voices of other lost sinners would arise from the borders to join him as a chorus, causing most creatures who attempted to flee Sithicus to fall into madness.
History
At one point in time, Soth had a short-lived alliance with Strahd von Zarovich against Duke Nharov Gundar.
